An apology for Amazon.com and the previous posting about the new Jesse Stone novel.

I don't know what's wrong with Amazon.com, but I'm quickly growing tired of the problem with their images and links. When I wrote the previous posting about the new Jesse Stone novel coming out in September, I clicked on my Amazon box and pulled up an image of the forthcoming novel to put it beside the posting.

When I got up today, I saw that the image of Killing the Blues was no longer there. Instead, there was some kind of generic, yellow blinking on and off image, advertising sales at Amazon. I went back to the Amazon box and put up another image of Killing the Blues. Now there are two images of the book on the posting. For all I know, there may be two images of the blinking Amazon image on the posting tomorrow.

I hate for the reader having to deal with this. For me it takes away from the information in the posting, and this isn't the first time I've had a problem with Amazon's link. If it continues, I'll discontinue it and do without an image of the book or DVD or TV show or movie I'm writing about. It isn't worth the headache, and I apologize to you, the readers, for having to contend with it.
